James Corden tries to figure out why Americans love Valentine’s Day so much

Have you given your loved one that single rose yet? Well, Jimmy Kimmel advises that you do. That’s how he greets his wife for Valentine’s Day. And apparently, it really works. Take a look at how she reacts in today’s Best of Late Night, above. 

Yes, it’s that time of year again. The time when Americans go gaga for love. But James Corden, who is from the other side of the pond, can’t figure out why. To him, Valentine’s Day is not a holiday. And, unlike Kimmel, Corden’s advice is for Americans to cool it. Take a look at his explanation for the holiday that isn’t, in today’s webisode.
